About our Fund Raising Program

Every Non-Profit organization needs to raise money. This is either done by charging members or fund raising.

Most fund raising assumes a certain level of risk to the group. You agree to buy cases of a product only to find that you cannot sell them all.

Not with our Program, it is risk free!

Bowling is fun for everyone. Glow bowling is even more fun for kids. Selling fun is very, very easy.

By getting a few pledges or selling a few tickets your private bowling function will always be a success.

Our program is very simple and is described below. Also, we have a variety of music to play while you bowl. Anything from oldies, 80's, 90's, dance to top 40. Or you can bring your own music for us to play.

Program One:

Each bowler who is participating in the Fund Raiser would gather pledges for donations. The final donation would be based on the total pin fall the bowler achieved multiplied by the pledge donation.

For Example:
A bowler gets a person to pledge $0.05 per pin fall. The bowler then scores a pin fall totaling 200 on three games. The bowler has earned $10.00 from that one pledge. If the bowler has 5 pledges, using the same donation as above, they have earned a total of $50.00. If you have 10 bowlers participating in the fund raiser, that would be $500.00 coming in. Ficco's would only charge $10.00 per bowler so your total profit earned would be $400.00!!!

Program Two:

Each bowler who is participating in the Fund Raiser would sell tickets. Whoever buys a ticket is then welcome to come down and bowl in the Fund Raiser. Participants will bowl 3 games with shoes included. The final donation would be based on the ticket price you plan to charge per ticket minus the $10.00 per bowler that goes to Ficco's.

For Example:
You charge $20.00 per ticket for the Fund Raiser and you have 10 people who sell 4 tickets each. So a total of 40 people will be attending the Fund Raiser to bowl. You have then collected a total of $800.00, minus the $10.00 per bowler fee, so your total profit earned will be $400.00!!

Food and Room:

We have a contract with Domino's Pizza and can provide large cheese pizza for your Fund Raiser. The cost is $10.00 per pizza. All food must be kept in one of our party rooms which can be made available for your Fund Raiser.

The Steps to Success
→Select a date, time and theme at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance.
→Let us know your group's name, contact person & phone number.
→We will print your sponsor sheets or tickets.
→Distribute sponsor sheets to your group's members.
→One week in advance, please contact us and let us know the final count.

Available Times for Fund Raising Events

Fund Raisers can be held at various times throughout the year.

The following times are available from September 1st through May 31st:
→Mondays from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
→Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
→Friday night based on availability.
→Sundays from 10:00 am until noon.

The following times are available from June 1st through August 31st:

→Monday through Friday from noon to 9:00 pm.
→Saturday and Sunday from noon to 9:30 pm.

All times listed are based on availability. To ensure you get a desired time, please call ahead. Glow bowling is an option when lanes are available. For large groups we can break into separate shifts throughout the day if needed.
